The annual Falcon alumni night will be held on Friday July 13th when Whitby's most beloved team plays Hanet.

This year's invitees include Ken "the Hammer" Clark, Gary Ruck, Kent Porter, Bob Thurrier and newest alumnus young Dennis McWhirter.

Fans are invited to come out to the park to meet these former Hughes Hawk / Falcon greats, and be bored to tears listening to their stories of days gone by.

Hear first hand recollections of when Dennis used a 42 ounce bat, the origins of the lead off solo home run, still known to this day as a "Porter", the famous bumping incident of '04 when the Hammer flattened Hollywood at second base and of course the timeless favourite "Clarkie used to stay at the park 'til 5:00 a.m."

It doesn't get any better than this fans.
