As part of WMSPL's Return to Play guidelines, each player is required to complete the following questionnaire on EVERY GAME DAY.
BEFORE COMING TO THE FIELD
Don't forget to check in on each game day using THIS LINK
A link to the form is also on the home page. No excuses for not doing it!!
I cannot stress enough that if you don't fill this in, there's a chance you'll be sent home from the field. The town will be watching leagues this season to ensure they're compliant with the guidelines they've submitted.
Don't be the guy that costs the league our playing permits.
