Still smarting after losing to Hanet in their previous meeting this was a game the Falcons wanted.

Whitby's most beloved team started fast shutting down Hanet in the top of the first then scoring 6 runs in the bottom. However the big inning came in the third when the Falcons batted through the order and then some to score 10 runs and take a 16 to 0 lead coasting home with station to station ball for a final score of 21 - 2.

With the big guy missing, Falcons still hit 5 out for a league leading 75 homeruns on the season. Booboo with 2, Perry, Bill and Ash each had 1 and Ash had a 4 for 4 night with 2 singles (including the home run single), 2 doubles, 1 run scored and 4 RBIs.

In a game of interest to the Falcons, Storm beat the Devils by a score of 9 - 7. This moves the Falcons even in the loss column with one less win and a game at hand for first overall and keeps the charging Storm in the hunt for top spot.
