Whitby�s most beloved team went into Sunday�s nights game with 2 things on their minds � their biggest loss of the year in Friday�s game against the Strom and their previous loss to Mayhem when they threw it away in the seventh inning. The fans and all of Whitby waited to see how the team would react.And react they did. In the bottom of the first the Falcons sent 15 batters to the plate, banging out 8 singles, 3 doubles and a walk on their way to an 11 run inning. It was the most balanced attack of the season with hits, runs and RBIs coming from the entire lineup. Coupled with a stingy defense that held the Mayhem to one run in the fourth and two in the seventh the Falcons rolled up a 19 � 3 victory.
