The Falcons hit FIVE home runs for outs, and there was finally a Beaver sighting on Monday night at K1 Stadium as the Falcons kept their undefeated May going and achieved the free beer milestone with a 14-5 victory over Hanet Plastics.

It didn't take long for the Falcons to run out of home runs, as the lead off hitter crushed one in his second at-bat of the game to hit the limit. Hanet used a seldom see strategy of keeping the ball in the yard to force outs on the Falcons when they inevitably hit more homers. And that strategy worked! The team recorded FIVE outs for doing awesome things, which seems backwards. The defence was superb though, allowing Hanet to go only three and a half times through the line up and scoring 5 runs. Yeah Teets came through with the complete game, after lasting only two innnings on Sunday, before relenting to the nearly scoreless relief of Curtis' Dad.

The Falcons return home this coming Sunday to attempt to finish off the month of May undefeated against rival Tranquility A's.

Cycle Watch: The last time a Falcon hit for the cycle was May 19, 2010.

Game Notes: With Skinny Teets signed out for Sunday's game at home against the A's, the new leader in consecutive games played is Dinner, at 37 and counting... For you irony fans: This game started almost a half hour late, and is only the second game of the season where the Falcons played all seven innings...
