Terrible attendance led to a terrible offensive output as the Falcons got crushed by Triple Play on Friday night by a score of 32-22.

This game was doomed from the start, and that's only partially because the Falcons could only scrounge seven of their own players together and were required to request the more than capable assistance of George "Former Past President Turned Tournament Director" Douma. George hit two home runs and nearly had a third and was the game's MVP (for the visitors).

Though the Falcons were able to put together consecutive 6-run innings in the third and fourth, that only made the score 21-16 for Triple Play and they ran away with it after that. The Falcons' 3-man outfield didn't hurt the team so much, because Triple Play was smoking liners all over the place, and having that fourth man wouldn't have prevented most of them. Triple Play came to play, played, and won.

Game notes: Statistically speaking this type of game couldn't happen twice in one weekend, right?... I found the other scoresheet 🙄
