"Won't happen again," a quote from Goliath after Friday's debacle against the Isotopes, was apt as the Falcons avenged that loss with a lopsided 31-9 victory on Sunday evening.

With Dunner suspended, the Falcons had to rely on Darryl from the A's, who performed well, going 4-for-5 with a double, three runs scored and two RBI. The rest of the game was stat-padding for the team so we won't elaborate here except to say that Sr definitely had a Sr moment trying to score an inside-the-park grand slam in what would be a 10-run sixth inning. The Falcons were already up by [checks notes...] twenty runs at the time of that hit so apologies are in order. 🙏

Game Notes: Skinner hit for the cycle for the first of what's to be many times as a Falcon. Too bad his homer doesn't count in the league tally as it was an inside-the-park job... No other notes. A well-played game on both sides of the ball for the visitors.
