The Falcons played Inglorious Batters on Tuesday night at K2. Strangely enough, Glorious Dan was NOT playing for the Falcons, but was playing for the other team? Rude!!

Before the game Dunner shared how his son played his last games of youth ball over the weekend, was put into center field, and absolutely killed it. Making plays all over, gunning someone out at home plate, directing the other outfielders just like his dad ("Back!" lol). Dunn was so happy and proud, and played an inspired night of ball Tuesday.

New Jer clearly doesn't use the automatic Google calendar schedule from this excellent website, as he didn't realize we had a game until after it was over. The Falcons borrowed a catcher and hit the ground running, plating 5 runs. It would've been six, had Barry not actually touched home plate when trying to score and getting called out. 5-3 Falcons after one.

After delicious donuts in the second, and only 1 Inglorious run in the third, Dunner stepped up to the plate in the top of the 4th with two on, and crushed one over the left field fence. After a second Beatty RBI single, Falcons up 10-6 mid 4th.

Shohei was a little off trying to nibble the corners on this night, and when he got behind in the count and needed a strike he got CRUSHED. I forget what innings they happened, but Inglorious Batters hit 3 bombs, like top of the trees beyond the fence bombs. Pretty sure one or two of those happened in the 4th with a max 6 inning, Inglorious Batters up 12-10.

The good guys (that's the Falcons, Labrecque) chipped away and plated 3 in the 5th, retaking the lead. Unfortunately more BOMBS for Inglorious batters meant another 6 runs, and a 16-13 deficit.

In the 6th, Barry & Jerome got things rolling with a single and double. Shohei said "hold my club soda" and knocked them both in with a single. Grahambo got on base, and Dunn deposited another 3 run shot over the left field fence. Beatty said "I can do that too", with a solo Duncan. Barry knocked another run in to make it 20-16 Falcons.

The Falcons scored one in the top of the 7th, but we only got in a few minutes of the bottom inning before the ump called it, I guess we revert back and 20-16 is your final.

Dunn's night also included three triples with 3 RBI, and a third RBI triple that didn't count since we reverted back. Attaboy Dunn, Mase would be proud!
