We ran out of sign-out slots, as half the Falcons roster had better things to do on a muggy June Wednesday night. Thankfully Triple Play Mike answered the bell as a callup, swinging the bat well and playing some nice D at SS and 2B (Thanks Mike!).

The first few innings saw an experimental defensive alignment with Grahambo on one leg at 1B, Cowboy at SS and Barry out in LCF. A not so delicious Falcons donuts and 3 runs from Greenthumb and the boys in blue were in an early hole.

The 2nd saw an inside the park dinger from Cowboy, clearing the bases for a Grahambo patented Duncan solo shot, scoring 5 in the inning. Another Greenthumb 3 spot and Falcons are down 6-5 after two.

We dinked and dunked our way to two runs in the 3rd. Reset the defensive alignment to Grahambo at the keystone, triple play Mike at SS, and Cowboy and Barry back at their LCF and 1B and held Greenthumb to zero. Then dinked and dunked another 6 runs. Greenthumb can hit though and put up 6 big ones to pull within one, 13-12 after four.

3 baggers from Cowboy and Triple Play Mike powered a 6 run 6th inning as the Falcons started to pull away. Another delicious donut and it's 18-12 after 6.

Holy the shit the boxscore in the 7th was a mess LOL. I think it took me a good 15 minutes to figure out what all happened there. Pretty sure we scored 10 runs and I got the stats inputted right. Good win boys.

I updated the score as 18-6 on the WMSPL website since we only played the top of the 7th and reverted back and removed DC's dinger from the league score, I'll leave the score and stats as is on this site.
